Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled free of charge before the item is processed or shipped. To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer service team via email or phone as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return procedure must be followed instead.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all labels intact. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Textile rolls, cut-to-order fabrics, or any customized products are not eligible for return unless the product is found to be defective or incorrect.

Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact NutriSmart’s customer support with their order number and reason for return. Once approved, the product must be securely packaged and shipped to the address provided. The shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

After the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a product is delivered in damaged condition or if an incorrect item was sent, customers must notify NutriSmart within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence if possible. In such cases, return shipping is covered by NutriSmart, and a replacement or full refund will be provided.

Products Not Eligible for Return

• Fabrics that have been cut, altered, or used

• Custom-manufactured products

• Items returned without prior notification
